Update - Heels at Home – Try on Program
/So a few days ago I told you all about the new program called Heels at Home* from Heels.com. (see post here http://candycoatedclosets.wordpress.com/2013/07/16/heels-at-home/)
Well I tried it so I wanted to give you an update and a few pictures.
Once I received the shoes, I got an email from Heels.com letting me know they were delivered and telling me the exact date I had to return any unwanted shoes by before being charged. They give you a full 5 business days try on period.
Over the next 3 days, I received about 4 different email remainders of my return date for the unwanted shoes before I would get charged. Seriously...they did not play around with making me aware of the date which is great!
Once I decided on what didn't work for me, I packed up the shoes, used the free shipping label heels.com provided for me and scheduled a fedex pickup and the shoes were on their way back! It's that easy! I didn't have to waste time/gas going to the store, spend hours waiting on line, or spend waste my time staring at a shoe online wondering if it would look right on me but not wanting to take the chance.
This is definitely something I'll be using more in the future because it's convenient, no hassle and FREE!
