NYX Cosmetics Intense Butter Gloss is a super creamy and pigmented, non-sticky lipgloss. They are available for $5.99 at Ulta.com (I ordered mines during a BOGO) and you will get 0.27 fl oz of product. They are not transfer-proof or kiss-proof but I wore mines for about 5 hours without having to reapply it during the day. There is a vanilla scent to these as well.
