Hi loves! So the blackIUp Matte Liquid Lipcolor in LM05 (Red) ($27.50; 0.25oz) is an amazing blue based red with an ultra-matte finish. First, let me tell you - the wand is amazing! It's so soft and easy to maneuver around your lips. I was able to get these precise lines (as if I used a lipliner) just from the wand itself. 

It looks like these are currently available in 9 different colors that dry down to a comfortable matte finish that doesn't budge.
