Nars Laguna VS Casino Bronzing Powder

I'm a tad bit late to jump on the Nars Bronzing Powder bandwagon but in my defense, I had this amazing bronzed tan all summer that sadly is just now fading. So with that, I asked a few of my beauty mavens to give me the inside scoop on some of their favorite bronzers and naturally Nars ended up being the holy grail product of 99% of them.

So I went by by local Sephora and picked up Laguna and Casino.

I'm NC50 in MAC Cosmetics Prolongwear Foundation if that gives you a good reference point for color.

Laguna:

  • Subtle bronzed shimmer
  • Great for fair to light medium skin tones

Casino:

  • Great on darker skin tones
  • Bronzed shimmer (but less than Laguna)

The great thing about them both is that they come with a huge compact mirror which is great to carry around in your bag. Overall, I love both because they give you a nice warm glow like you've been kissed by the sun but I think Casino is the better color if you want to try contouring.
